2019 Airborne Astronomy Ambassador High School Teachers Go to NASA

Last week, eight high school teachers from school districts in different parts of the country took their next big step as part of the SETI Institute’s NASA Airborne Astronomy Ambassador (AAA) program.

Training High School Teachers to See the Light

The SETI Institute’s Airborne Astronomy Ambassadors (AAA) participated in professional development workshops over their summer break. The workshops prepared them to teach high school students about the electromagnetic spectrum and multi-wavelength astronomy (EMS/MWA).
